Works on manufacture of Unit Gas Conditioning Station (UGCS) are completed
Works on designing and manufacture of Unit Gas Conditioning Station (UGCS) for supply of TPP consumers at Stavrolen LLC are completed.
The Station is shipped to the construction site located in Budennovsk, the Stavropol Territory.
Works on the Station assembly at the site and its installation in design position are in progress. Preparation to commissioning works is carried out.
The Station is designed for preliminary conditioning of natural and dry stripped gas – gas purification from suspended particles and removal of moisture, gas preheating and automatic maintenance of preset gas temperature at outlet, gas high-pressure reduction to required value, automatic maintenance of preset output pressure regardless of change in flow rate and input gas pressure, automatic shutdown of gas supply in case of emergency increase or decrease of gas output pressure from permitted preset values. The Station capacity by input gas is 160–40 000 nm3/hour of gas with input pressure 1.3–6.3 MPa.
