Gazprom Gazenergoset OJSC have proceeded with construction works on NGLP in the Perm Territory. The construction is expected to be completed by the heating season in 2014.

It is planned to implement a large variety of facilities for LNG liquefaction and use to improve the standards of living and operation of municipal facilities in the scope of the Regions Gasification Program.
