A Liquefied Natural Gas Production Plant is conducted at the Perm territory in spite of heavy frost. Currently works on construction of approach automotive road, laying of power lines, pad work for process and auxiliary equipment are being executed actively. Construction of foundations for equipment have been commenced. Works are executed with the use of special heated domes to accelerate concrete setting.

Putting of the project into operation is planned for July 2014. Thus citizens of remote areas of the Perm Territory will get natural gas by the heating season in 2014.
