Gazprom Gazenergoset OJSC OG-500 Helium Liquefaction Plant with capacity 500 l/hour.
The Helium Liquefaction Plant forms a unified technologically interconnected structure for production and shipment of liquid helium and its subsequent transportation to consumers.
The Helium Liquefaction Plant consists of a compression system, an oil removal system, a helium liquefier (Cold box), a liquid helium storage system, a gaseous helium conditioning system with a buffer tank, a filling station and liquid nitrogen storage and supply system.
The Helium Liquefaction Plant includes the following auxiliary systems: a vacuum-pumping system, a commercial weighing room for accounting of liquid helium loaded to consumer vehicles and an adsorber regeneration unit.
The area of the process site where the process equipment is located is 80×45 m.
